Unlike the Grey-headed bristlebill, this Little greenbul is more typical in its dull, grey-brown colour tones. It is unusually small and also lacks the eye ring that most greenbuls have. The species is widely distributed in West and Central Africa - but often difficult to see!
Till skillnad från den gråhuvade borstbulbylen är denna grönbulbyl mera typisk i sina dova, gråbruna färgtoner. Den är ovanligt liten och saknar även den ögonring som de flesta grönbulbyler har. Arten är vitt spridd i Väst- och Centralafrika - men ofta svår att få syn på!
