In a proud pose, a female Himalayan white-browed rosefinch perches in a treetop. The male looks as a rosefinch is expected to do - it is rose red - but the female has a completely different plumage that goes more in brown.
I stolt pose sitter en hona av vitbrynad rosenfink i en trädtopp. Hannen ser ut som en rosenfink förväntas göra - den är rosenröd - men honan har en helt annan fjäderdräkt som går mera i brunt.
