This Tailorbird is not so difficult to catch a glimpse of - but all the more difficult to photograph. It moves at lightning speed inside bushes and thickets, almost always covered by a twig or a leaf. But here it appeared for a few seconds outside of the brush and perched on an open branch with its tail in the air - as so often. It got its name because, like a tailor, it "stitches" the edges of large leaves and sews them together with plant fibre or spider silk, making a cradle in which the actual nest is built.
