In January, a massive wave of Common redpolls flew in over Uppland. I was out walking with my 5D camera and bumped into them everywhere. On this picture, the Common redpoll hangs in a characteristic position and feeds on the favorite food: birch seeds.

I januari drog en massiv våg av gråsiskor in över Uppland. Jag var ute med kameran och stötte på dem överallt. På den här bilden hänger gråsiskan i en karaktäristisk position och äter av favoritfödan björkfrön.
