Many birds keep the nest very clean. The parents fly in to the kids with food and fly out with feces. Here we see a Nuthatch leaving its nest, once chopped out by a woodpecker, with the white feces in its bill.
Många fåglar håller rent i boet. Föräldrarna flyger in till ungarna med mat och flyger ut med avföring. Här ser vi en nötväcka som lämnar boet, en gång uthackat av en hackspett, med den vita avföringen i näbben.
