Last year I got a tip from my bird cousin Christer who had seen a flock of Whincats not far from my farm in Slättåkra. At that time the tip was resultless, but this year I tried at the same place again, and this time I was really lucky and got lots of pictures of both adult and juvenile Whinchats. The pictures that follow are all from that same session! (Pictures taken from the car).
Förra året fick jag ett tips från min fågelkusin Christer om att han sett en flock buskskvättor inte långt från min gård i Slättåkra. Den gången resulterade det inte, men i år försökte jag på samma plats igen, och med ett lysande resultat - en hel flock buskskvättor, unga och gamla, och en lång rad bilder, varav några följer på denna.
