One of the species that we saw several times was the Golden tanager. Most of the times, however, it thwarted my attempts at photographing it. It was consoling, however, to see that it is fairly common and considered "not threatened" even though it has such a beautiful plumage.
En av de arter vi såg flest gånger, och som nästan alla de gångerna gäckade mina försök att fotografera den, var guldtangaran. Den tycks, glädjande nog, trots sin vackra fjäderdräkt, vara relativt ohotad.
