One of the most common birds we saw in Namibia was this Red-eyed bulbul. It is, like all bulbuls, a skilled singer and often sits in the open, at the top of a thicket or a small tree. It occurs only in southwestern Africa. In this picture, it has found a berry while foraging on the ground.
En av de vanligast fåglarna vi såg i Namibia var den här rödflikiga bulbylen. Det är, som alla bulbyler, en skicklig sångare och sitter ofta öppet på toppen av en buske. Den förekommer bara i sydvästra Afrika. Här har den hittat ett bär under födosökandet på marken.
