Corythaixoides concolor
Grey go-away-bird [Grey lourie] / Grå tofsturako

This is truly a strange bird. It is large (up to 50 cm from the bill to the tip of the tail), it has a large crest on its head, it howls repeatedly and seems almost unafraid of humans. It regularly takes a "bath" in the sand to get rid of insects and, in doing so, looks as if it has collapsed totally... This bird was caught in the last light of the evening and got an almost metallic touch.
